Hospice of Southern Illinois has a longtime history and many community collaborations in Herrin, IL. Firstly, we are your end-of-life and advance planning resource. Moreover, we are ready to answer questions, offer support, and stay connected with people who live here. We are a proud member of the Herrin Chamber of Commerce, where we are a member of the Board of Directors. Additionally, we offer support services at Herrin Hospital. Local businesses offer partnerships through sponsorship. For example, KFS Events, a Herrin-owned business, supports many local fundraisers that give back to the people who need end-of-life care right here in this community. Finally, our dedicated volunteer team, who range in offering patient care to community support, helps to supports the Herrinfesta, the largest food and music festival in Southern Illinois (and the recipient of the 2015 Governor’s Award).
Since our founding in 1981, we continue the tradition of focusing on quality of life at the end of life asking, “what is important today.” Proudly serving Herrin residents and surrounding communities, we want to be your choice of hospice provider.
