Hospice of Southern Illinois provides care in 27 counties in Southern Illinois. We take pride in serving small, community-based towns in Clinton County, Illinois. We started as a grass-roots, volunteer movement in 1981 in Belleville, Illinois, to help individuals and their loved ones with a terminal illness live their end-of-life journey with peace and dignity. Since our founding, we continue the tradition of focusing on quality of life at the end of life in rural towns like Albers, Aviston, Breese, Carlyle, New Baden, St. Rose, Trenton, and other local Clinton County communities. As a not-for-profit hospice, we understand the importance of small-town values. “It takes a village,” resonates with your team of healthcare professionals who live nearby and provide end-of-life care for your grandpa, mom, brother, friend, neighbor, or any loved one, in their home or home-like setting. We want to be your choice of hospice provider. Ask for us by name, Hospice of Southern Illinois. Thank you for your support and trusting your care to Hospice of Southern Illinois. There comes a time… to ask how hospice can help.
