Since 1997, Ange Stoeckel has been a part of our burgundy family here at Hospice of Southern Illinois. Here, she’s all about the money. Well, as an Accounts Payable Clerk that is. While Ange hit a marker of 23 years this past July, it’s clear she truly loves what she does. In fact, when asked what her favorite part of her role at Hospice of Southern Illinois was, she said “I don’t have a single one that I love…I LOVE THEM ALL!!!!” We value Ange’s love for attention to detail, doing things accurately, working with community partners, supporting her team and sharing her hospice heart. It’s truly amazing when someone’s passion and skills are also a huge part of helping others.
About Ange Stoeckel
When Ange is not showcasing her positive attitude and skillset in the office, she’s displaying it on the counsel for Midwest Salute to the Arts, a local outdoor art fair held yearly in August. On top of that, she’s loves camping with her family and grand kids.
“The difference between ordinary and extraordinary is that little EXTRA,” she states. And extraordinary she is. Thank you, Ange Stoeckel, for your dedication to our organization which always circles back and supports our mission, to enhance the quality of life for individuals and their loved ones touched by a terminal illness.
